Location
MET’s main office is located in St. Ignace, Michigan, this is where our spill response equipment is housed. This location on the Straits of Mackinac enables fast responses throughout the Northern Lower and Eastern Upper Peninsulas.
Our one hour response area includes St. Ignace, Mackinaw City, Sault Ste. Marie, Cheboygan, Cedarville and Petoskey. Our two hour response radius includes Charlevoix, Gaylord, Grayling, Rogers City, Alpena and Manistique.
To meet this one hour response time, MET is always on standby with fueling locations nearby.
Networking
MET has teamed up with certified OPA 90 offshore spill response company Marine Pollution Control of Detroit, Michigan. This arrangement enables MET to provide immediate response capabilities in Northern Michigan.
